Aaron Parnell is a communications and engagement specialist delivering complex solutions to the Defence, Infrastructure and Energy sectors.
He has provided media, communications and policy advice to NSW and Federal Ministers, Department Heads and CEOs within the private sector for the past 18 years.
His experience includes Department Chief-of-Staff, Ministerial Advisor and Corporate Communications and Engagement Management roles in government and ASX listed companies. He began his career as a Fairfax reporter.
Aaron now draws on his relationships in the Defence, Infrastructure and Energy Sectors to improve industry and department relations and provide outcome-focused media, engagement and communications strategies to the sectors.
Aaron is currently undertaking an MBA at MGSM. His qualifications also include a certification with the Association for Public Participation Australasia (IAP2) to practice stakeholder engagement and community relations and a certification to practice change management using the ADKAR method.
He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Journalism from Central Queensland University (CQU) and a Media Law certificate from the Communications Law Centre (University of Technology Sydney). Aaron is a registered professional member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA) and IAP2 and abides by their industry-driven codes of ethics.
Aaron is national security-vetted to work with the Australian Government. Aaron and Fiona begun the business in 2016.
